Quake - this is my first big love . Very long time I did not recognize the equal of the game from the genre

FPS. We created a lot of good games , but because of their charismatic appeal , style and brightness

Quake continues to attract many fans to this day. What can not be denied Quake - is that this game is a
true piece of art. And an integrated product that combines a level architecture , design patterns , music ,
animation characters.
The development of Quake 1 (we will call the game so that would distinguish it from the following game series
2-4 ) for the period 1996 - 2010 greatly changed the game in the visual design. Previously, I had not paid
attention to the visual development of Quake . Now I got a new computer , and I decided to build on new
technologies.
 

Features of the new assembly :
1 . Authors selection of the best textures from various sources, subject to their mutual compatibility.
2 . Fitting all the components developed by different authors, taking into account the correction arising glitches .
3 . Latest maps of 2009-2010 , the included assembly .
4. Music that works without the need for cutting board .
5. Best utility.
6. List of cards with a description.
7. Tabs to start the new maps.
8 . Detailed description of the assembly.
Whats new:
1 . Completely uprooted content textures Rigel ( leaving only the texture extensions that are used on amateur
cards, and are not in QRP). Missing textures QRP refined or developed personally ( of the order of pieces 40)
. ( Textures bodiessa developed borrowing schedules The Torture Game 2.5, texture tech use some borrowings
from the Rigel and QPR). I think the texture QRP made at the highest level , theyre perfect . Of course I
could not reach such heights , but I hope you liked them .
2 . Optimized speed. Now you can play on the stated configuration . ( by removing redundant patterns and
redundant high- polygon models , which do not produce a qualitative improvement in the picture ). At the
stated configuration , I went Quake on the settlement in 1380 * 768 with the included real light ( once
to turn it off on the map E4M2 because of Gluck engine or maps ) .

- manufactured or altered the texture of the normals to all models ;
- Added transparency effect to the model of the drop ( barely noticeable, the model itself is replaced by the
more similar to the original) ;
- Revision of the skin so that would bring them closer to the standard form .
4. Replaced model weapons, objects and interfaces that would come closer to the original Quake mind and
optimize the speed . Made of 3 options set:
- Only the skins on the standard model;
- Economy set ( different from the standard model only by adding vysokopoligonalnyh models and Quad Invulnerabla
them on the map does not happen a lot , so that the effect of braking they do not ) - the default ;
- Moderate kit ( added to many high- polygon models of weapons, armor and supplies ). No extremism with the
desire to maintain performance , but to ensure real improvements in picture (from my point of view, a further
increase in landfills does not visually noticeable improvement in picture , for example, tylnike gun) .
5. Added Designer - archives collections of models of weapons , objects and monsters . You can have fun yourself.
6. Removed Kurak and tremor (not needed because it offers its own product ) .
7. Added demo project remake of Quake .
