After seeing law of attraction movie "The Secret" my expectations were high.
Because I created software for Think And Grow Rich , Im almost a bit embarrassed to say that I didnt like the movie. Not at first. Its low budget documentary format seemed a bit amateurish. There were jerky scenes where the film maker is talking to the camera.
Its a movie created by a film guy who hit bottom and was looking for a way to succeed. A friend gave him a copy of Think And Grow Rich. Thats when he had the idea of filming his personal journey as he tried to use Think And Grow Rich to become a millionaire.

The film honestly shows his ups and downs. It includes a scene where hes visibly shaken because hes almost arrested when his credit card doesnt clear and hes got no money to pay for his hotel room. But he persistently forged ahead. The more I watched the more I started to cheer for this guy.
I began to ignore the flaws and focused on the message. It shows where he is actually using Napoleon Hills techniques. The movie grew on me.

The best part of the film is his interviews with people who used Think And Grow Rich to become wealthy. The interviews were brilliant at showing regular people who used Think And Grow Rich to achieve extraordinary things.
All things considered, if you want to become rich or use Napoleon Hills steps to success, its definitely worth watching.
But dont expect the flashy special effects or even well manicured speakers that appeared in the secret. Theres a few special appearances but mostly look for an honest, view of someone putting the steps to riches to work.
